• Software Engineer - is the entry level job. In this role, you will be exposed to various rigorous learning procedures while being involved in a project. We ensure you undergo a minimum set of trainings to get you ready for the show. You will be exposed to various areas of Software Development - Programming, Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Module Leader - Being equipped with the right tools, now you are ready to lead an individual module and the team working on it. You will have an exposure to the project and people management. You will be responsible for communicating with the Clients.
• Project Manager - You are completely responsible for a single project and all customer interactions happening over the project assigned to you. You will be presenting the project status and issues to the Quality Assurance group monthly to ensure everything is in place. You will be responsible in generating all reports related to your project and managing resources allocated to your project.
• Upper Management Roles - At these roles, you will be responsible to managing multiple clients and will be looking at various other aspects including business development. You will be assigned a group of related projects and will be responsible for managing the budget allocated to your division.
